If you would please include in this email or phone call: How many rooms you need, the date and time of your arrival, date and time of your departure, passport number, and form of payment.
It is required to make a one-night deposit at the hotel to secure your reservation, and once you arrive at the hotel the guest must cancel their deposit.
A buffet breakfast is included in your reservation; the breakfast is served from 7:00am to 10:00am.
Cancelation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must cancel the reservation 48 hours before your arrival date; if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation, Comarca Hostel with claim 50% of the costs of the reservation. If you simple do not show up to your reservation with out talking with us you will still be charge for your reservation.
If the cancelation is through a business or an intermediary the process with be handled according to rules of the intermediary.
Wi-Fi Services
We have free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.
Policy for Children
Children under the age of 5 stay free of charge, and this includes breakfast.
Any extra bed should be requested during time of reservation.
Pet Policy
We only accept service dogs; all other pets are not permitted.
